“Thank you for teaching me all the things for the past year and a half that you have been with us. I have learnt things like respecting other people’s personal space, privacy and their opinion.

You have also taught me how to interact with my family members, helped me to understand where Mom and her partner are coming from. You taught me about healthy choices, trusting and forgiving. You taught me that you don’t always get what you want handed to you, you have to earn it.

You taught me that I am responsible for my own actions, and not to blame others. I have learnt that lying doesn’t get me anywhere it just gets me in more trouble, and to face my problems head on is easier than running from them.

Thank you for everything you have done for me, without these things would have gotten a lot worse.”
